"I have stayed there for two nights. Although the staff team is helpful, the insufficient lighting in the building (suite corridor), the dust in the suite (spider web dangling from ceiling) and the chipped toilet counter made it less appealing. However, the security guard in elevator has provided me some comfort, and the beddings were kept clean."

"The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix. "

"This is an excellent location for a large group or family setting. Highly recommended with friendly staff members. My wife and daughter indicated that the lobby area Women's bathroom was well used and could use some attention but the Men's room was just fine. The shower heads can use an update but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room was serviced each day as well. The on premise water park is a highly recommend and is large and spacious and can accommodate large crowds. A highly recommended facility for any occasion and event, and I have stayed here before. A big fan."

"The hotel has much cha and character. Our room however was very small. It was the last one available and we realised why. Room 301 should really be a single. With a single bed there might be enough room to accommodate a wardrobe or a chest of drawers. It was classed as an economy room but at over $200 a night we expected better."
