"We had a great stay - so convenient to everything in Salem. We were able to park and then just walk everywhere. We would stay here again. The only glitch was that our room was not serviced but the front desk had towels and soap brought up to us on our second night. I thought the price point was a bit high but considering it was the end of September in Salem it was to be expected."

Only one thing I can comment on is the ice machine wasn't working and not able to see out of windows they had a permanent cover over them, could just be us but felt a little closed in. Our beds were very uncomfortable the first night but we mentioned it to Bob and the mattresses were swapped with others that day. Breakfast was good with several options. The water pressure in shower was very light and one elevator was out of order so it made for longer waits."
