Hampton Inn Boston - Logan Airport

"They do have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was the best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options. The only problem was their elevators were not working properly and they take forever. And there’s a lot of construction going on outside the hotel so you can’t just cross the street to go to target or a gas station you have to walk all the way up and around. The beds were comfortable. I felt like the rooms were clean just not so much the hallways, but there were a lot of people in for the BTS concert. If you have a car , Target is across the street with Starbucks. and a few other shops. If you need to walk, it’s about a 21 minute walk because of construction."

"The location was excellent and being able to use the shuttle to get to various locations was so helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great, with service being excellent!!! We will definitely return!"

"I’m assuming ice machine broke on second floor so they just removed it. elevator close to our room was out of order. Bedsheets were dirty, left for the day came back late. I had to go ask for towels and face cloths. Parking was good right out. Front rooms were fairly clean. Staff was fine no breakfast had to go out."
