The hotel was Beautiful.. very clean. Easy to get to. Easy to get in to the hotel and check in. Located right across the street from the beach. Beautiful deck you can sit on and look out at the ocean and have a cocktail or drink if you like. Staff were all great.

In late August my daughter, who now lives in Vancouver BC and myself in Vermont, visited Rockport/Gloucester MA. We have done quite a bit of traveling together in the US and UK. We stayed at The Cove at Rockport and LOVED it! The Parking was most likely the easiest we have ever encountered. Our room was clean and conveniently accessible. We had the opportunity to sit on the lovely community front porch that overlooks Front Beach in Rockport. When we decided to move down to the beach across the street we were happy to find clean beach chairs in the hallway for us to use! Later, we decided to go to dinner in Bearskin Neck within minutes away. What a unique experience to be amoung the shops, restaurants, sea and boats on our way walking through the street. The Cove also has Bikes to use at your leisure. The room was wonderful with a well adorned bathroom as well as great TV. The Beds & Bedding were an outstanding surprise after such a long day! I feel like I should mention the great location if you are looking for Beaches. Check in and check out easy and response emails from the owner was prompt. Thank you, I will be back again!

The location is A+!!! The property is located right across from Front Beach. Access to surrounding towns is quick and convenient! The heart of the restaurants and shops in Rockport is a quick walk from the property, too! The property is newly renovated and beautiful, very clean and has a fresh look. Check-In is virtual and without staff, so co firm your details prior to Checking. There is no elevator and the stairways are a bit narrow, so pack light! Great stay !

Such a beautiful and well-kept spot. The cove in Rockport is exceptionally clean, with clear water and a really peaceful atmosphere. One of the best parts is how easy it is to walk right over to the nearby restaurants and shops, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to relax, take in the view, and then explore the town a bit.

A lovely place to stay. Location is within walking distance of popular shops and restaurants. The updated decor is lovely with calming colors in ocean and beach tones. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on an upper floor, you will need to be able to handle the stairs.

The cove set my new standard for cleanliness expectations. The hotel was newly renovated and immaculate throughout the entire property. Great location right on the water, breathtaking views from the room and communal deck and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Higlhy reccomend for solo, couple or families traveling to rockport. They also have a great selection of complimentary snacks and drinks available 24/7 in the lobby, which was very convenient!

There was a lot to like about The Cove, except for the check-in process which was unpleasant. I received one email saying there would be a second email with details for entry. The other emails I received were just offers to upgrade the room (?? Why?). So I figured it would work out when we arrived. However, upon arrival we found no human being available. I called twice and left messages, no call back. Then I sent an sns and finally got the entry code. I have the impression this facility is managed on a "remote" basis. But besides the nail-biter upon entry ("will we have to sleep in the car tonight?"), the room and bed were great!
