"At check in (17:30), was told room wasn’t ready. I asked what time check in was and he said “15:00, and I would have to wait” then a couple minutes later he upgraded our room to a suite and we able to check in. We’ve stayed here plenty of times, lots of parking (fills up in the eve), short drive to malls, lot of restaurants in area. Decent hotel."
