"Clean rooms, outdated some. "

"Room was clean, only gripe was no hot water in the shower and plugged sink. Wasnt there long enough to bother calling someone to fix it. "

"Clean hotel with a good breakfast. Frustrating that Parking cost extra otherwise, decent hotel. "

"Not having a parking space at the hotel and having to wait for the valet was inconvenient, calling the front desk to request the car be brought and having to wait on the line for 20 mins on multiple occasions was unacceptable, the windows at our room were not reducing the outside noise of the hotel, thus impossible to sleep during the weekends. The webpage says rooms have a safe, but when we couldn’t find it and called guest services they said the webpage was not up to date (what hotel of this price range has no safe in the rooms????!!!)"

"Had to call down everyday because no towels were put in my room after housekeeping. "

"Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "
