North Park Hotels near Mission

"The night front desk guy was rude and double charged me an Amenities fee. After left from purchasing Tylenol and cash, Five minutes later I got notification of a transaction so I went back up there his rude self just pointed to the sign. Didn’t you read this?.I was double charged for Amenities fee and was total would be adjusted but wasn’t until 40 days later once I disputed the charge with American Exptess."

"Check in was quick and easy. First impression was that the hotel and staff were clean and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Room was comfortable. I would have liked an ADA toilet in the bathroom."

"If I can give this place a lower star, I would starting off the bat we need to change the pictures, some of the review that are good are ppl to probably are moving thru staying one night. because it is nothing as what you see when you try to book this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere very sketchy area trucking highway, the hotels under construction, and even the construction or the areas that are done. Still need to be worked on. We got our first room. There were dead bugs that look like bedbugs. Some where still moving, They changed us to a different room, the new room that we went to was OK only reason why we stood was because every other hotel around us was fully booked. We did not have a phone in our room so that we will be able to call front Desk. We asked if we can speak to the manager. They said the manager wasn’t in until Monday. They gave us a phone number. Phone number does not work so yeah if I was you, I would not be booking at this hotel. "

"The whole place felt unsafe, gross, reaked of cigarette smoke despite many signs for no smoking. I felt itchy from the room didnt want to sit on the furniture. I would love a refund as I checked out immediately. I was charged for 3 nights. I want a full refund. "
