"The location and the rooms were great at the hotel. The biggest challenge was checking in, the queue was huge. I appreciate that there was a concert on at Hyde Park, but the hotel should have planned for that and had extra staff on hand at 3pm. The same could be said for room service in the evening."

"Helpful staff. Aircon. Large comfortable bed. Good range of toiletries including conditioner. Good quality hairdryer but again no mirror at all to dry hair by or check full length. Fridge was useful for drinks and snacks bought from local supermarkets. Great location near tube and buses. Good restaurant - chicken Caesar salad was great- but was disappointed they had no Sunday roast available."
