Reception staff very nice and helpful, room nice although a bar fridge and TV would have been nice.
Only complaint - the group stays (foreign language students?) are rather noisy more than gan you would expect in a hotel although it's nice to hear them enjoying themselves I could have done with a bit more sleep :)"
"Long lines at checkin. But hotel is beautiful, conveniently located in Terminal 5 and held our luggage until our room was ready while we did some sightseeing in London. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Really nice place and great compromise for if you want a well located hotel. All very well kept and decorated place. One draw back for me though was the lack of windows and fresh air, it’s all recirculated which for me I struggle to sleep with that. But would highly recommend if you know what you’re getting in for"
