"This hotel was perfect for a family staying in London. We were warmly accommodated by the staff on our very first day and taken care off. The facilities and amenities were great which included breakfast, a gym and more. The space was maintained well and clean. The staff were very very helpful and kind and I can’t thank them enough for that. The kids had a great time. As for location, it was in a great area. It was located right by the station which could take you anywhere. Plenty of restraunts and shops nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for families."

"Gorgeous property and staff was kind and very friendly. We had a few hiccups but were impressed by how efficiently and kindly the staff solved any issue. Appreciated the mini fridge and endless coffee in the room. The location is the best - literally walk into Victoria station. Also close to major tour company meeting points. Centrally located and easy walk to Belgravia, main tourist locations, Buckingham palace, Knightsbridge and Regents."

"We stayed here before Riu took the hotel over and enjoyed the location so stayed again. The hotel is clean and the rooms are great for an overnight stay. There are too many people for the number of lifts, and the breakfast was a bit of a three ring circus but it was clean, efficient and there was a lot of choice. Shame it’s a buffet, à la carte would be so much nicer. Really appreciated the luggage room so we could drop our bag off before check in time."

"The hotel is very central for a few days in London. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We had stayed here last year and even though there had been renovations we felt we got a better room with amenities last year. This year room was smaller, hardly any natural light (not good for somebody with dodgy eyesight) and was very disappointed that the rooms were no longer equipped with a fridge. Also for the size of the hotel we felt more lifts would have been useful. That being said if you are going to be out all day and evening exploring London and just need a room to sleep and shower this could be for you."
