"Our room was quite large and clean. The lobby area and breakfast area were not so clean. The breakfast is mediocre. Some of the things in our room were not stocked. But none of these things would prevent me from staying there again. I could tell they were short-staffed, as is everyone. The guy working the desk seemed to be manning the breakfast area as well and did not have time to wipe tables, etc."

"Clean, quiet, near everything but off the busy road. Would stay again. A few weird things though: the tiny fridges have no tiny freezer, so I couldn't refreeze my ice packs; vending machines were all removed, so they're selling drinks out of a fridge behind the check in desk only when it's open; nothing in the rooms: no phone, no brochures, no kleenex, no wifi instructions, had to ask for washcloths. Excellent stay if you're independent."

"The property is beautiful, the gardens are breathtaking, and the staff is kind and seen often working on the property. The lakeside view is exquisite, the cottage itself is absolutely charming. The location is perfect for a summer weekend. We will definitely visit again, Highly recommend."
