"I am an older woman. The place does not have an elevator. The man at the front desk opened the door to the stairs and did not help me carry a large suitcase up the stairs. Common courtesy would have been nice. "

"I asked for another blanket. never got one. One of the lamps was broken and two missing light bulbs. Made it hard to see. Definately couldn't read. The toilet seat was ready to come off. Wasn't fixed until the next day. Was hard to use with a very loose seat, was concerned I would slide off and get hurt. The tub had no safety bars, I had to be very carfull using it, espcially with no safety strips in the tub. Was very concerned of having a fall in the slippery tub. I expected to make a cup of tea, but nothing in my room, I was told to go across the street to Tim Hortons. Would be good for travellers using if for a one night stay."

"The staff are very pleasant and accommodating, and this very attractive hotel is also very quirky. We stayed in a boutique themed room, dedicated to Sylvester Stallone, and the Rocky movies. That’s not as crazy as it sounds, and everything about the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. . "
