I booked a nice room vut when i got there they gave me something else in a very bad condition plus the are is not good , alot of traffic and you will find homeless people in the area

Expedia is the king of scams when it comes to this property - they are promoting a hotel that doesn’t even come close to what it promises, and if you try to get a refund they will deny it no matter what evidence you have. Stay away from this hotel, and stay away from Expedia!

There was someone else’s blood on the pillow. The floors under the bed were disgusting. The lock on the door didn’t function properly. We decided not to stay for the night. Complete waste of money.

Very dirty bed was really dirty i wouldn't let my dog sleep in there has bugs forsure. No room key bed had stains all over the bed pillows where stained no pillows case this place is horrible walked out and had to rent room at different hotel

Literally everything was dilapidated almost to a comical degree. Toilets didn't flush, phones didn't work, wardrobes stank. The worst part was instead of a key card they gave you a 10 digit code to enter on the keypad of the door which was super unresponsive and just didn't work at all.
