The staff refused me claiming that they can only stamp on their own documents. This is the first time ever I've been refused with such unbelievable reasons. The food is outstanding- from the breakfast which has everything you could ever desire and tastes amazing to the finer dining restaurants that had dishes comparable to any Michelin star in the world. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the amenity spaces such as the gym and pool are wonderful. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay!"

"Room was spotless, breakfast was amazing all tastes catered for, staff super friendly and helpful. Can not fault the hotel. If I was to just point out one thing I like my espresso coffee in the morning and they don’t have a proper barista on hand, making a good cup of coffee. There is a coffee shop in the lobby but it’s an expensive luxury to have several times a day. The pool can be a location for a movie set, the pictures don’t do it justice, , my kids didn’t want to leave it. A truly memorable experience."
