"Good location. Easy access to subway and food.
It has only a washer and not a dryer.
Would have been ideal if package includes breakfast for all guest instead of only member. "
"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc.
But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can.
The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"Wonderful stay. Made a stressful long lay over and transit very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely gift and note waiting for us inside. The shuttle was smooth and driver very lovely. Overall the staff were very thoughtful and considerate. Would recommend and definitely stay again. "
"Great rooms, location near embassies and international restaurant options. However what stood out the most was the hospitality extended by the team, especially the guest relations manager rebecca and the concierge team leo and his colleague. "
