"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. "The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"This was a really nice mid-priced hotel downtown. I wanted a place that was nice, close to UNM and not crazy expensive, and it hit all those marks. Our room had a nice tub for soaking and was clean enough that I could. They don't serve breakfast but they do provide in room coffee that you can make. The 1922 bar and lounge was ok, reasonably priced but they didn't cook our burgers well one like we asked. It was within walking distance of a lot of downtown food places. I would like to stay here againwhen visiting ABQ"
