"We chose this hotel because we were traveling with pets. I requested a pet room. Walking in it looked okay. A bed, a table and an office chair. The bed was great. The bathroom facilities were not: The walls in the tub area were patched and crumbly, not repainted well if it was repainted. The water pressure for the shower was so poor I could not wash my hair. As I stood in the shower the water came up over my ankles and after turning off the water, it took 20 minutes to drain. The outlet by the sink had only one receptor working. When we turned on the hot water at the sink, it sprayed/leaked water all over the counter. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work. Looking at the smoke alarm, we questioned whether it would work or not. It was very old and yellow. The next morning we were leaving, there were 2 very tiny bugs of some sort by the edge of the tub on the floor. Room 339 needs repairs before it is used again. I shared our experience with the front desk person as I did not want to lose my $100 room deposit that was required in addition to the pet fee of $50 for two small dogs that did not cause a problem."

"The room was clean. However, the bathroom sink would not drain the shower knobs were not working correctly. The coffee in the room was only decaffeinated whicj I didn't want. Overall was okay for the price. "

"For a hotel and rooms that state nonsmoking; I was assailed the whole time with the smell of weed. Be it in the air around the facility, in the facility, in the room, or on the bedding."

"Check in was easy and the staff member behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working but not a big deal. We did pay extra for the artist suite which ended up just being some stencils on the wall and our view from the room was the parking lot and freeway. And those windows are not noise cancelling. All that was disappointing but overall our stay was nice. "

"Parking was fine, lot was full of cigarette butts, rooms were clean, bed were ok. Bathroom needed the floor mopped, (hair) Painting tape was still around wall edges. Breakfast was minimal; no fruit. No yogurt. Some bread, no pastries. Not a lot of choice other than waffles. Staff was quiet but friendly. Cooking smells from rooms on second floor were over powering."

"Staff and service was excellent. Rooms were nice and very clean. My biggest complaint is the pool was closed and that was not mentioned on their website, our one main reason we picked the property so kids were pretty bummed. Overall, would still recommend and stay again. "

"The property is in unfortunate conditions. We stayed here about 13 yrs ago and felt good about selecting it agaib, that is until we arrived. The place is literally falling apart. Walls cracking, ceilings leaking in the hallways, ice machines broken, entry doors won't lock. The building seems to have had zero maintenance since our last visit. The pool was cloudy and floors around wet and slimy. The room shower didn't drain, and the beds are out of the 80s. The linoleum floors dirty before we arrived. It was a disappointing stay and would highly recommend you spend a little more and stay elsewhere. "
