"Enjoyable place to stay in downtown Charlotte. Love the proximity to the Spectrum Center. Parking is a little confusing with two hotels sharing the same building. Signs at parking said $17 per night but it’s $34 per night for self parking and $42 for Valet parking."

"This is an amazing hotel. It met all of our needs. The only annoying part was hearing the cleaning staff knocking on doors over and over saying “house cleaning, house cleaning”. Location was perfect to all sites. You don’t need a car to get around. The restaurant was amazing. Purchase the breakfast package for the buffet or you will pay more. I would stay here again. "

"The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. I have heard that as an Expedia customer there are sometimes a few options in this area. But, I cannot recommend. The ceiling was peeling, the wallpaper was peeling. I took plenty of pictures, but in the end we just had to meet our obligations in the city for the weekend"
