What a cool space! The check-in was super smooth, everyone I dealt with was lovely: informative and super helpful with anything I needed/had questions about. The room was great--super simple and comfortable but it had the coolest small touches in terms of decor. When I come back to Charlotte, this is where I'll be staying!!

The staff, the rooms, the parking the location. Literally the worst. I have been attempting to reach out about an extra charge for two weeks. No call back. No managers just excuses for why nobody at the front desk can apparently even see the receipt. This is ridiculous.

The lobby bar was a nice place to hangout. All staff were friendly. We did have a small issue with the valet parking. When we went to get our car, the people on staff for that day didn’t know where anyone’s cars were. It only took about 20-30 minutes to get it figured out.

Our stay was just ok. The property and staff were great, however I was told I was getting a “queen bunk” room and it was actually 1 queen and 1 full bed, which was not ideal for our family of 4. The fire alarm also flashed all night and there were people yelling in the corridors all night long. It was not a great nights sleep.
