North Bristol hotel rooms a the Hilton Hotels

"The room was excellent very spacious and comfortable , the hotel surroundings was beautiful. Only disappointment was the lack of staff behind the bar at a large part only 3 staff to serve waited 30 mins to buy a drink and staff were rude and unorganised for that I would give the bar 1 star from 5 "

"What a beautiful quirky hotel. The rooms were minimal clean and fresh had everything needed. Bar was lovely but new staff were left to do the cocktails alone , didn’t have half the alcohol needed for them. The new staff member was left apologising to me 3 times and I was left 20 minutes waiting not so good fo me or new team member. Breakfast had everything including alternative so great for everyone. Lifts make sure you tap your room key inside then floor. Will definitely stay again great stay."
