"The whole hotel breathes luxury and has manicured gardens and surroundings. It’s spotlessly clean throughout and they keep on top of it. Food quality and service also excellent - be sure to try the Teppanyaki Grill. The staff were always attentive and friendly. Of particular note for our stay were Mr Thi, Ambassador, took us on the Basket Boat tour: Mr Hanh, who was ever present at food service, along with Ms Hoa F&B; then Mr Ha, who drove us to the Ba Ha hills and guided us through the ticket process. All the team were polite and these made a special effort to converse with us. Lovely rooms, freezing AC; well appointed bathrooms and huge (8’) comfy beds. Pool area kept immaculate with good supply of towels and beds, plus the beach area with the beach bar staff and life guards keeping an ever watchful eye. We loved the setting, the location, for the shuttle service to the Hoi An old town and also the local businesses (bars, restaurants, spas, mini market) outside the door. Nothing too much trouble. Trips booked via reception were reasonably priced and we felt totally safe in all areas of Da Nang."

"The hotel is stunning! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the pool areas were also pristine. We took advantage of the spa and also highly recommend the massages. You are a very short walk to the night market and Hoi An old town. Breakfast in the hotel was the best buffet breakfast I've experienced, huge amount of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The staff at The Saga Hotel, especially the manager, Ly, were exceptional and went above and beyond. Ly was so kind and courteous. She really went out of her way to help us. At check in, she upgraded our room so that we would have a quiet room to rest in. It was a beautifully decortaed room on a higher floor overlooking the pool. The next day when we had upset stomach, she ordered ginger tea for us and phoned around to find a pharmacy that was open. Lastly, at check out, there was some flooding in the street due to the amount of rain from the day before, and again Ly, the manager, went out of her way to find us a scooter that could take us to a drier street where she then ordered us a private car to take us from Hoi An to Da Nang, our next destination. Without her help, we would have had to wait for hours to find a ride in the rainy weather they were having. We are extremely grateful to Ly for verything she did for us. She is a very kind person and an excellent manager who truly goes out of her way to accommodate clients. "
