"Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. "We stayed two nights here and paid approx 20000 rupees per night via expedia. This was a very simple/budget hotel and did meet my expectations for what we paid. Missing a lot of the basic necessities including hot water, toiletries/toilet paper, no kettle in the room, no coat hangers. The location is good, walking distance to the beach and there is a nice garden outside the rooms. Breakfast was included and was decent."

    "Staff were incredibly professional and responsive. The room was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and was very clean. For meals, we frequently had Manoj as our server, who was very attentive and knowledgeable. The pool has a very unique jungle theme, and is quite large. Benches around the pool are often taken during busy season. Highly recommend this resort!"
