"We arrived late at 02:00am. Guard welcomed us and took us to the room. We've got a bigger room since our was occupied. Generally, nice and clean place but far from every thing in Trincomalee. I wouldn't recommend to stay in any hotel in the city, go for the beach hotels. What you will save on hotel in the city, you will spend on Tuk-tuks there and back."

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel and thought value for money was much not as good as other hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Located in the central city area of Trinco, however there is not really much to neither see or do in this area. "Enjoyed the view from the top floor. Room was okay. No view. Had no water for 15 minutes while showering. Water pressure was apparently shut off which they fixed. Great location to get into the city. Beautiful temple right outside. "

    "Rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Dining buffets were diverse and the staff were excellent and hospitable. Beach acces was spectacular. The pool was good but a little to shallow for me. The one thing put me a little off was that they provide driver accommodation but the driver accommodation was poor at best. My driver reported the A/C had been removed and the fans were sub par that they had to put buckets of cool water to keep the room cool enough to sleep. In the heat of Sri Lanka, I would not have put my driver in such accommodation."
