"Amazing ryokan style hotel, highly recommended. The omakase dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Surpassed our expectations with the hotel and the surrounding area. Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again. "

"Very friendly staff greeted me and when I leave, they run with umbrella and waited on me. Room wa spacious, clean, had fridge with cold water, hot water kettle and tea sets. The room does not have bath or toilet but it did not bother me. Bath was made of hinoki tub, clean with amenities. I went there twice but I had all for myself. This inn has only 8 rooms so not get crowded. Food is the main hit. It was so fresh and delicious. You need to like fresh raw fish though. I din’t Know if they...

"A nice stopover on way from Niseko to Sapporo. Lovely large rooms. Did not love everything from the kaiseki dinner but the beef sukiyaki was good. Booked the private cypress bath so that we could bathe as a family but i would skip this next time and head straight for the public bath on the high level - large with a view of the forest."

"Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!"

"We booked two 4 people family Mountain View rooms, 4nights for Niseko snowboarding, 5 minutes walking to Annupuri ski field. The stay was literally perfect, rooms were huge and clean, 10/10, can’t believe it is a 3 star hotel? (Correct me if I’m wrong), in my opinion the service and rooms were at least 4-4.5 star standard. "Exceptional hospitality in a beautiful, calm environment. The hotel is beautifully maintained. Our room had traditional tatami mats, a view into a small garden and a glorious bathroom with a mini-onsen bath, supplied direct from the source. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms. "We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we...
