"Stay away from this place, it's not a hotel, iwhen I did the reservation, nowhere in the booking it states that you must be at the place by 8 pm or earlier, I was traveling to Milan my plane landed at shortly before 10 pm and Got an email saying, if you're coming after 8 pm there's a €50 Euros fee for someone to let you in!!! That's outrageous "

Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions.
