Our family loved it. Beautiful property with really cool details. High ceilings and lofts made it feel special. It was well stocked and everything in good condition. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend!

This place was amazing, we loved it. Very modern with everything you need for your stay. Particularly loved that it was an apartment but you can also have breakfast made by the owner in the building opposite from the courtyard. He was so friendly and informative and spoke good English. He even organised taxis for us and his communication was spot on and very timely. The only downside with this place was that we didn’t book for longer !!!

Apartment in a good location and spacious. Wonderful Italy wasn't good at responding to booking issues. Any contact with them before arriving was just ignored and given a robotic response.Gave us the wrong address for the apartment. The apartment had no wardrobe or drawers for clothes so definitely not suitable to rent out for 4 people. Had to turn on the hot water in the kitchen to get hot water to the terrible shower. The bathroom needs a good update. The shower leaked onto the floor all the time. Not value for money considering all the issues.

Excellent stay! Newly renovated, comfortable beds, very spacious flat. Also a great location, walking distance to city center and also the water. Would stay here again.

Tolles, großzügiges Apartment (Nr. 7, 2.OG) mit jeder Menge Platz. In beiden großen Räumen Klimaanlage, die allerdings im oberen Schlafraum an ihre Grenzen stößt (wobei man klar sagen muss, dass 32 Grad Außentemperatur halt auch nicht grade wenig ist). Komplett mit großer Küche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Aber nur ein Bad, was bei mehr als 4 Personen halt entsprechende Logistik erfordert. Ansonsten schön eingerichtet, kleiner Balkon (zum Innenhof), Aufzug mit Schlüssel endet direkt im Eingangsbereich des Apartments. Insgesamt sind dort 7 Wohnungen, wir haben keinen unserer Nachbarn gehört. Lage ist top, direkt neben der Altstadt gelegen, sehr schönes und günstiges Frühstückslokal 50m entfernt. Zum Comer See sind es ungefähr 200m. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, selten so entspannt Urlaub gemacht.
