Check in was quick and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but the bathroom fan was noisy and needs attended to. Breakfast was adequate and well set up. It’s an older hotel but needs more updating. Thanks for a great stay!

Location is very good, very close to all the attractions at clifton hill and Niagara Falls. Staff members are very helpful and nice. Definitely place needs lots of updates because it’s very old building otherwise it’s good.

Easy check in and out, very accomodating staff. Cleaner saw us walk in drenched from the storm. I asked for an extra coffee cup to warm up and she offered me extra towels which was very much appreciated.
