Check in was very smooth. Room was clean and beyond spacious. It was basically a mini suite with couch, king size bed, great amenities like the mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine.
Breakfast was great. I'm vegetarian but had more than enough choices.
Only disappointment was the $10 parking charge. No mention of this when I made reservation. Was told about the charge at check-in. Glad I only stayed one night. The daily charge could have added up if my stay was longer. I could understand the charge if it was covered or underground parking.

Staff was very nice. We've never had to pay to park at a Holiday Inn Express before, that was odd. Bathroom was dirty, stains on bed sheets, spills on the walls, mold smell from the AC/heat that set my allergies and asthma off.

I stayed with my wife and three kids.
The fire alarm went off 5 times during the night.
None of us got any sleep.
Construction on the room above our room was extremely loud all day.
Also, the pool was closed. It would have been nice to know that before we booked.
This was one of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel.
I will say the Staff were great. That would be the only positive.

Area is quiet , clean spacious room with great cable tv , friendly helpful staff, great morning breakfast included with stay , can’t wait to return again

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, Price was affordable and the breakfast was good. I will say the hotel needs some upgrading and remodeling. We had to purchase an HDMI cable and hook it to my laptop to stream TV as it does not offer internet to stream and it only had basic channels.

The entire staff was excellent! They were very kind! My husband and I was traveling with our dog-son and every time we came through with him they gave him a treat that he loved! The Breakfast, every morning, was outstanding! Lots of options daily! I will definitely revisit this place!
