I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!

A hotel located perfectly to explore the city and area around. Staff are superfriendly and the entire hotel is in a very very good shape with great beds, room and facilities. The only thing we didn’t like was that our room didn’t have windows outside but to the indoor hotel.

Your hotel is AMAZING!! We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an iced cold drink & towels while sitting on the comfy chairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are attentive, they constantly checked on us while clearing out dishes and offered to refill our coffee. The Sen Spa service is professional & the space is clean, the ladies are checking on the strength of their pressure, asking if we want to have less or more. In particular, we want to give a shout out to Eri - the nice lady with perfect English at the front desk, who helped us with the check in/out and making a last minute ground transport for us to the airport. With her help, it made our trip epic!

Potique Nha Trang is a very pleasant hotel. The place has a warm and quaint atmosphere. It offers the modern conveniences yet still retains an aura of traditional hospitality and charm. In the middle of bustling Nha Trang, Potique is a refreshing find. Mr. Trung and Ms. Ngoc Anh were exceptionally courteous and helpful to me and my family. Front desk said they would handle motorbike rental. Waited until 5 minutes prior to pick up to tell us their connection fell through and there was nothing they could do. Laughed at us. Eventually got motorbike (Vu Duc Anh seemed to just not want to work). Still never apologized. Next day, bellhop literally chases me down and follows me about returning the bike. I say I will when I check out in 20 minutes. Still follows and pesters me. This is expected at a hostel, not a 5-star

시내에 머무를 호텔을 찾고 있다면 추천합니다. 아기와 함께한 첫 가족여행이었는데, 전반적으로 좋은 기억으로 남을 것 같아요. 장점 @뛰어난 접근성 롯데마트, 시내 중심, 야시장, 바다까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능해요. @친절한 직원 응대 요청 사항을 즉각적으로 반영해 주고, 룸 번호를 기억해 주는 세심함과 전반적인 응대가 인상적이었습니다. 특히 아기가 있었는데도 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있도록 배려해 주는 모습이 좋았어요. @만족스러운 룸 컨디션 오전과 오후 두 차례 하우스키핑이 진행되어 항상 깔끔했고, 필요한 비품도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 원하는 시간대에 하우스키핑을 요청할 수 있는 점도 만족스러웠어요. @맛있는 조식 조식 메뉴가 매일 조금씩 달라져서 질리지 않게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 아기 의자가 준비되어 있어 아기와 함께 식사하기도 편했어요. @아기 동반에 좋은 환경 베이비 코트 제공, 암막 커튼 구비, 직원분들이 아기를 예뻐해 주는 분위기 덕분에 첫 가족여행이었지만 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. @다양한 부대시설 수영장, 바다, 짐, 키즈클럽 이용이 가능하고 호텔 내 스파도 있습니다(스파는 유료). 단점 @키즈클럽 장난감 관리가 다소 아쉬웠습니다. @세탁 서비스가 유료입니다. @수영장은 생각보다 물이 차가워서 아기와 오래 이용하기는 어려웠어요. 에어컨 문제로 불편함이 있었지만, 신속한 방 교체와 과일 제공, 레이트 체크아웃 등 무료 서비스로 잘 대응해 주셔서 결과적으로는 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

立地はニャチャンの中心部でレストランやスパ、市場、ビーチ、いずれも徒歩圏です。ホテル全体の雰囲気はセンスの良い上品な空間、調度品、什器が素晴らしく何処もインスタ映えする空間です。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しくいただけました、最上階のプールも風が気持ちよく素晴らしい空間です。少し歩きますがビーチにホテルのパラソルとチェアが用意されています。 特筆ずべきはスタッフの対応の素晴らしさです。特にロビースタッフは素晴らしく食事や買物の助言をいただき素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。 一つだけ残念な点は、部屋に陽の光を感じる事ができる窓がないことです。周囲が高層ビルでプライバシシーとどちらを優先するか？ですね。

총 5박 숙박하는 동안 딱히 불편함은 없었어요. 단지 객실 청소를 대충 하는 것 같았습니다. 매일 청소해주셨는데 이틀동안 샤워실 머리카락은 그대로였고(물론 다음날 얘기하고 나서는 잘 청소되어 있었음) 어마어마하게 프렌들리 하진 않았지만 기분상할 수준은 아니었습니다. 관리만 잘 된다면 더 만족스러운 숙소가 될 수 있을 것 같아요.

3박4일을 하였는데 샴프, 샤워워시를 담은 통은 이쁘나, 펌핑이 잘 안되었다. 수영장에 온수가 안나와 추웠다. 조식 커피는 싱거웠다. 크리스마스 갈라디너를 먹었는데 음식이 끊어져서 코스요리라 하기엔 많이 아쉬웠다 5성급호텔이라 하기엔 디테일이 아쉽다.
