Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area.

やっぱり最高のホテル 昨年、クラブラウンジを利用し、そのホスピタリティとサービスをすっかり気に入ってしまい、今年もお世話になりました。 クラブラウンジのみなさんは本当に親切です。英語がわからない私たちにもジェスチャーを交えて一生懸命コミュニケーションをとろうとしてくれます。特に日本語勉強中のHUNGさんは昨年よりも日本語が上手になっていて色々助けられました。ひとつ、お願いがあるとすればクックブックカフェの朝食のメニューです。 韓国料理が昨年より多く、ベトナム料理が少なくなったのが残念でした。それとサラダが毎日同じ野菜とポテトサラダでしたので、以前食べた青パパイヤのサラダ（辛くなくて絶品だったので今年も楽しみにしてました）を復活して欲しいです。大好きなホテルなのでまたきっと伺います！

아들이 생일이었는데 생일케이크를 직접 가져다주셨어요 완전 감동이었습니다. 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 좋았습니다.

전체적인 상태 위치 청결도 서비스는 매우 훌륭합니다 딱 한가지 소음이 심한편입니다 바람소리 파도소리 차량소리가 생각보다 커서 소리에 예민하신 분들은 참고하셔야 할듯합니다

Good service and location. Less comfortable rooms.

Good hotel nice location perfect service. The negative side was a very noise air conditioning . Windows had not sound isolation as well and we were waking up every day at 6 am because of the morning songs of locals beneath the hotel . Beside this the room was smelly.
