After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in we would have left right away, but being tired we spent one night and left early in the morning even though we had paid for two nights. This hotel is terrible, as well as not close to the beach at all. There are much more affordable, close to the beach, clean budget rooms.

Clean Room, basic Amenities
The property is OK, staffs did not speak English well.
Overall, the room was clean.
Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that the room was being renovated. The staff were very polite and informed me they had another hotel that would put me up. No extra cost and closer to the beach. The alternate hotel was satisfactory. No complaints whatsoever
My stay at Blue Sea hotel 2 was decent. The room was okay. my problem is with the facilities and staff.. The Hot water would always shut off after just two minutes in the shower it would then turn freezing cold. The WIFI would constantly cut off and on throughout the stay and our power even shut off several times during our stay. The staff was full of excuses and would flip the circuit breaker behind the front desk to turn the power back on only to say "Okay check again!" These people are so desperate to save money that they shut off your power when they believe you are not in the room. There is a Karaoke bar in front of this place that gets loud at night. I was able to watch several fights between the local drunken Vietnamese outside of my window. It was the only form of entertainment available due to my internet and power being cut off repeatedly.
Hotel met vriendelijk personeel te ver van centrum
Het hotel is wat gammel qua staat. Ik had een kamer zonder raam tegen de afspraak in. Kamer was wel schoon. WiFi was goed. Het hotel ligt erg ver van de belangrijkste roeristische omgeving. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
I would never come back here. For 300k a night, you can find better selections nearby. Nothing is clean here. I am glad that I booked 1 night. The rest of the week I went elsewhere. Toilet leaks when you flush and fecal matter comes out from under your feet. Yes, I'm not exaggerating. That's all that is needed to be said. Bye.
