"Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. "Located by this plaza not too far away from the Haiphong train station and other stores. The room, with no window, was very clean and quiet, with a separate enclosure for the bathroom. There were multiple wall outlets for charging devices. The staff spoke little English but they were very warm and friendly. "
