"We live in Newport News and booked a 2 day stay for pool use! When we got there the front desk personnel told us that they were having issues with the pool temperature of being cold for 5 days already and their website is still offering the pool amenities and she said she got a lot of complaints already from customers about the pool being too cold! My point is they should have removed the pool amenity as part of their hotel services so NOT to give customers a false information and are hesitant...
