"Check in was at 3pm. Was told room wasn’t clean until 6:45pm. I didn’t not get in to my room until 7pm. And was told that they could not comp my room or move me. You honestly could not pay me to stay there again. Literally ruined my experience my only time using hotels.com"

"Pleasant entryway, Caring staff (Addie!), Room was clean, typical wear and tear. initially had a room where several items were not to our liking. The staff member (Addie) work with us to correct the issue and we were moved to a new room. She will initiate repairs to the first room. All was good after that."
