The beds are extremely comfortable, and the water pressure is on point—always hot, which made a huge difference. The staff are incredibly nice, approachable, and always ready to help. ​One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was really good and a great start to the day. The location is also perfect for anyone needing to get to downtown Manhattan quickly. ​Most importantly, I felt very safe during my stay. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with professional staff who are very attentive about who enters the building. Overall, it's a clean, modern, and secure spot that I’d definitely recommend."

"Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process."
