Overall very good! Location is great (can be noisy with traffic sounds but that is expected) rooms clean and comfortable. Long lines for coffee in the morning and long waits for elevators sometimes. All of the staff were very friendly. Would stay here again!

Lotte New York Palace
The rooms of the Lotte desperately need to be updated. The hotel exterior is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Most of the staff was really lovely as well.

Rooms were very small, 44 floors and 3 miserable elevators, our friend was stuck in one due to malfunction. Hilton Rewards Member. this is not a very well-run hotel. Ground floor is exit to street, but 2nd floor is lobby, there is no bar or lounge. Great location of Manhattan, find a different ...
