The entire place is outdated by more than 5 decades. The cleanliness is awful. They have put no effort into the maintenance of the property and rely solely on location (it’s only perk). Clean room, very friendly staff, and doorman went above and beyond. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, the concierge was non-existent. Very disappointed in room amenities, and lack of room service.
