Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The beds are amazingly comfy and the assigned elevator system was the best thing Ive seen in a long time. Rocketed you from lobby to your high floors without a bunch of stops. The room was good, although there was some noise at night....I think it was the aircon systems, eventhough ours was off at night. The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...
