We have a king bed and a sofa bed in our room. The sofa bed is so incredibly uncomfortable that my daughter had to sleep with us in the bed. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast is varied but with low quality products. The breakfast ladies are amazing ; they care and make sure you have what you need.

Loved this hotel. Everyone was super helpful, the included hot breakfast was different each day unlike other hotels we have stayed at. The one elevator was super slow, but stairs are easily accessible if you don’t want to wait. Will 100% stay here again

The room was ok. The issue was the "noises". Not sure if it was the heater but there was a loud pounding sound the first night then scratching sounds the remaining nights. Also, the housekeeping hours were later than typical. 3:30ish. This is the time we were back in the room getting ready to go out for the evening. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location. Close to theaters, restaurants, subway. Nice staff. Decent room with kitchenette! I would give it 5 stars but there is one elevator for the entire hotel. It is very slow so you will wait a long time for the elevator. You can take it up and then walk down the stars for a quicker exit. The rooms were nice, though, and it was the best priced hotel in the area.

Always felt safe, staff extremely polite, very clean and modern room! The only thing I would change is the location of the chair bed. We had to crawl over the chair bed each night to use the restroom!
