"We had a very good experience at the Paramount. We've stayed there many times before. Never had an issue with anything until this trip. It was a minor inconvenience but it happened repeatedly. Our key cards would not work in elevators one and three to take us up to our room. I scanned my card. My partner scanned their card and the scanners simply didn't work. Other people in the elevator were complaining of the same issue. Like I said, overall it is always an excellent experience but we were there for five nights and it became a little tiresome trying to make sure we only got on elevators two and four to go to our room. Just an FYI! It wouldn't keep me from recommending the hotel but that issue needs to be addressed."
"Room was clean, services when needed was quick! They give you credit for each day, was nice getting a coffee to start our day. Overall good stay and comfortable, maybe a little noisy; we were first room next to the elevator"
"The staff were helpful and friendly from start to finish. Everything was kept clean throughout the hotel. The roof top bar was excellent with great views. I would highly recommend"
