Great location had no issues. Came late and had a little issue checking in but they fixed it instantly so had a good experience. Breakfast a little limited but it’s better than nothing. Thanks!

Great location but that’s about it. I have stayed in much better hotels in the same area for less money. The whole hotel is a bit run-down, the facilities are poor, breakfast not great, wifi barely worked, there’s a plastic lining under the bed sheet which makes sleeping uncomfortable (but great if I pee myself of course). Overall it’s not a 4-star hotel, 2-3 star for me, overpriced for what it is. Will find somewhere else next time.

The staff was very nice and always helpful if my sister or I had questions. They responded quickly when our refrigerator wasn't working and the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. What we didn't like was all the city traffic noise and sirens, but that is not the hotels fault.

Upon check-in the tv did not work and a window shade fell to the floor. Maintenance fixed both The shower only had scalding hot water and could not be adjusted to put out cold water and the shower hand sprayer did not work at all.

Love the Garden Street Stay

Solid place to stay. Friendly staff and very clean. Nothing too fancy. Top floor bar has been closed since COVID:( but staying on the garden street is fantastic.

Good stay, only suggestion would be to have firmer mattresses. Overall a great exp, great guest services, friendly accommodable staff. Suggestion: Room temp was rather warm at a permanent temp of 68 and invest in Better Mattresses
