We booked this hotel for 6 nights during the week of Christmas. Once we arrived at the hotel, we weren't sure that we were in the right place because of how sketchy the entrance looked. There is virtually no signs or a large lobby like we are used to. It was just two small doors, that had the logo on them, one of which was broken. The lobby itself was tiny and you could tell it was a very old building and not well maintained. We booked a Premium King Room, expecting a large & spacious premium room but that is not at all what we got. The "premium" room that we were put in was extremely small with literally just enough space for the king bed and nothing more, not even a mini fridge. The furniture was old, the carpet had stains on it, the shower looked like a public shower, and the heater was extremely loud and inconsistent. We immediately complained and tried to get to a different room. We moved 2 more times hoping to get a better room but eventually realizing that every room had the same issues, they were all tiny, old, dirty and had issues with the thermostats/heating and had the same low level of cleanliness as our original room. There was also no room service and the breakfast was extremely overpriced with a very small selection of food I've ever seen. The only positive thing about this hotel was the service, specifically the service Tony provided. He was very helpful and understanding and did everything in his power to make our stay more pleasant. Very poor experience.
