"Huge hotel with several restaurants, pastry/bread shop, bar. Many perks like coupons for discounts, pool area, tea time. Three floors of in-house shopping. Food plentiful and varied. Had a large nicely decorated room with separate shower and tub. "

"家族でトリプルルームに2泊しました。部屋が広くて良かったです。バスルームも高級感あって広くてよいです。ウォシュレット便座も◎。部屋の椅子が１つしかないのは、不便でした。朝食も美味しくゆったりといただけました。ロビーにスタバがありました。コンビニは広い交差点の斜め向かい側で、そんなに遠くなくまあまあです。シャトルバス(リムジン？)は忠孝新生駅までのみの片道運行です(要予約)。駅までは歩いても10分弱、大学の敷地内をのんびり歩くのも良かったです。また宿泊したいホテルです。"

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery. The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!"
