super easy to find after a night out on bourbon, in the middle of everything if you’re there for an event at superdome/smoothie king center, and want to explore downtown in the meantime. staff was nice, rooms are clean.

I was here when the restaurant and bar were being renovated (which was reflected in the price), so cannot review the full experience , butit is close to the French Quarter, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Good place for a few days in New Orleans

The location was good as I was able to park my car across the street in a public parking lot within easy walking distance of my room. Short walk to the French Quarter and Trolley line). It would have been nice had the hotel given me a discount on the parking ($43 for one night). The entire hotel restaurants (Bar also) were closed for renovations so there was not any place close by to eat or drink.

None but of the lounges or restaurants were open. None of them. There was no valet and no accommodations for not having the listed amenities. The room was nice and the location was in walking distance to Bourbon Street and the Dome. Hopefully next time I can experience the hotel in its entirety.

First night we arrived, we were assigned a room that was already occupied but it was quickly rectified. Unfortunately, the second night, another guest were assigned to our room while we were out and the guest had already had their things around our room and had already showered. Overall, I did like the hotel for its location and tidiness.

Staff was great. Very friendly and inviting. Only down side was that the rooftop bar was closed which we didn’t find out until we booked. We paid for 24 hour parking across the street but by the time we came back from our event the parking lot was full of cars that didn’t pay. I know because they all had boots on them. Needless to say we had to park somewhere else and pay again.

The Troubadour hotel was a great stay for our weekend getaway to New Orleans. The hotel was close enough to the French Quarter, without being in the middle of the chaos. The gym was more than adequate and although we didn't use the pool, we saw a few people enjoying it. The hotel seems to have been upgraded recently and is very modern. The only downside is the closure of the food and beverage outlets. We'll have to come back and get it out once it's re-opened. I would recommend this hotel.

The Property Manager Allen really took care of all of our issues once he was made aware of the situation with his staff that checked us in. We would definitely be going back to this hotel again. It is central located in New Orleans and we were very happy with the accommodations.

The troubadour is becoming our go to place to stay when we sleep in New Orleans. The location is great. Very close to superdome and only a 15-20 min walk to the quarter. We enjoy it very much.
