The stay itself was in a perfect location, minutes away from Bourbon - and the beds were super comfortable. However, the floors were a bit dirty, the dryer was broken, and one of the showers kept leaking when we arrived.

Great stay

The bnb was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing as well. The building had a weird smell, but once in the room it was gone. The parking garage connected to the building was smelly as described, but was safe with plenty of parking. So much so we never moved the car from the garage once we arrived. Overall our experience was excellent.

The studio was very clean and the amenities were great: gum, pool, business center, coffee machine, stove and oven in the studio They also had a luggage storage which is rare for apartments at this location

It has a kitchen and washer/dryer. Secured code entry to building and individual unit. We had a 1 bedroom. Luggage storage was available a few doors down complimentary. We were texted the entry codes to the building and our condo 30 minutes prior to check-in time. At first glance, everything was fine. They say any issues must be report within 30 minutes of checking in. But as the stay progressed we noticed a few things. The ice maker in the freezer didnt work. It was turned off when we arrived. Turned it on and went on with life. Never made any ice. We had a oven with pans..but no hot pads or dish towels. We had to use the roll of paper towels to dry our dishes. In the bathroom we were provided 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes. There was no bath mat to step out of the shower onto the tile flooring. Didnt notice this until the 1st morning we took a shower. We ended up using 1 of our 2 bathtowels for a floor mat. The inside of the shower is slick too. Be careful getting in if someone has already showered recently. Water pressure was not that great. And temperature didn't get too hot. I showered with it pretty much all the way up. I dont know if that is based on use from other units around us or not. The bed was too hard for our liking. Some people really like an extra firm bed... not for us. Really creaky bed frame too. Location was great for walking to lots of different locations. Easy to get a Lyft. 4 waters in fridge on arrival.

I like the fact that I was closer than I expected to Bourbon St. There were restaurants all around me even on the 1st floor of the apartment bldg. We were also in a corner condo with lots of windows and a view all around the city.

The renter also the owner of Legacy BnB is very disrespectful and rude, his and goal isn’t great customer service or providing a smooth nice stay for the families or people who rent from him it’s about the money. I wouldn’t rent from him if I was homeless

The smell was terrible in the lobby and elevators. Smelled like a Combo of pee, deceased animal and heavy cleaning products /perfume to try and cover it. Embarrassing….would not let a VP in my company wait for me in lobby bc the smell was so awful. The gym was soooo hot -temp set at 77 in that little space without any ventilation. And also no wet floor signs when cleaning came through to do the floors —-I slipped and barely caught myself prior to a fall. An older person would have broken something. A true hazard. They really upcharged this place for superbowl week. Disappointing. The room itself was fine. Nice superbowl themed little gift bag but I was so turned off by the smell, the floors and gym, that I could never in good conscious recommend anyone stay here.

Worst condo

This condo is in need of an update. The couch/ sofa-bed wasn't fix to sit on nor were the chairs, very stained the rooms were fresh had an unpleasant smell. Cleanliness wasn't the bathrooms tubs and floors weren't clean. The one tub had a crack in it, the other tub dripped . The pool area isn't a swimming pool its one to put feet in only not swimming, the swim area weren't covered nor did it have any umbrellas. I requested a final walk thru to make sure that it was left without any damages from my stay , noone never responded. I didnt leave because in the agreement it says no refunds, so i cleaned it to make it that we can just stay the days rentedThe contact person was rude and didn't show any concerns about my concerns once the property was rented. No parking, must pay to park and the infestation of rat present. No i would not recommend this property.

I stayed for two nights before the Super Bowl and it was a good value. The apartment I stayed in was clean, well maintained, a good size and just two blocks from the French Quarter. It's no-frills lodging in a big complex -- a security guard is in the lobby and all communication was done by text/phone call. But everyone was very nice through booking and check-in was super easy. I was hesitant in booking it because it's hard to tell exactly what you're getting into, but it was perfect for my needs. Had a fridge, stove, Keurig and was generally a comfortable place. I would definitely stay there again if traveling solo or on business when I don't spend much time in a room/hotel but want to be nearby things.
