The property was in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly in particular the valet were very welcoming and courteous. We had a queen suite that was very spacious and provided every kitchen amenity you would need. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Also was very nice to have hot and cold breakfast available. The only drawback was the AC unit was VERY noisy when it kicked on. There was a loud hum that continued the entire time while it ran which wasn't as much of a problem during the day as opposed to at night when you're trying to go to sleep. Not sure if all the rooms are like this, but if not avoid room 502.

Our stay was convenient mostly because the hotel was clean and walking distance from most of the places we needed to go in New Orleans. Breakfast was convenient (ended promptly at 9:30AM the week and 10AM on weekend). I wish rooms were cleaned and that towels were replaced daily but there was a sign in our rooms that said how it would be done every other day for “guests convenience.” Even when they’d make the beds they’d still leave the same towels and we had to go ask for toilet paper because it wasn’t replaced. It’s not the cleaning staff’s fault, I’m sure they’re understaffed.
