"My sister in law broke her foot and a couple of ribs getting off a cable car. The hotel help with much of what was needed to make her feel comfortable. Thank you, Elyse The sister who set up this trip for their 25th wedding anniversary."

"We had an amazing stay at Le Méridien. The staff was phenomenal! Ms. Carmen, Brie our front desk/ check-in representative, the bartenders Prie, Vegas, & Brandon were EXCEPTIONAL! Each staff member was friendly, & provided SUPERIOR customer service! Our travel to New Orleans was bumpy to say the least but our stay at Le Meridian was really the rainbow after the storm! We’ll definitely be back to stay here again minus the Frontier flight! Our only suggestion would be to have a refrigerator in the room. We brought food back from the restaurants we ate at but had to throw them away as we could not keep them cold. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay here. The bed was a dream too! "
