"Nice place but they are really short staffed. Waited 30 minutes to get an ice latte during breakfast and had to called twice to get shower gel. Workers seemed a bit overwhelmed and stressed out. I am shocked the hotel won’t hire more staff during high season"

"My only comment would be that if you get the standard room, you are on the "road side" - it is not the road as such, but it is where cars/scooters would come to park for the hotel. As such, it can be kind of noisy in the evenings when guests come back later on scooters or when grab drivers do drop off deliveries. So it is best to pay the extra so you have a room not road side. The rooms not road side are lovely, bigger, spacious, quiet, and beautiful. What I loved about the stay is that the breakfast is until 10pm so if you aren't hungry in the morning you can have it in the afternoon. There is no rush to have it. It is a really nice touch. The lady who may be the manager there is so lovely and accomodating. It is a really nice place tucked away. You can also walk to the center which is good."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the main street, and being situated along a boulevard makes it easy to find taxis and get around the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room nice and cool. Amenities were basic but included everything we needed, such as a hair dryer and mini fridge. One of the best values of this hotel is its affordability. The breakfast buffet was simple but good, offering a variety of options to start the day. Overall, Swiss-Belresort Pecatu is a convenient, comfortable, and budget-friendly choice, but with the characteristic of a larger chain hotel, and we would happily stay here again."

"The Villa is new and aesthetically decorated you have everything you need. A little far from the busy area of Uluwatu but if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation this is the place to stay. Balangan beach five minutes walking. I have a driver so most of the days (4 nights)"
