"The cleanliness and overall condition of this property fall well below any reasonable standard and are genuinely shocking. Given the cost of the stay, the extent to which the property appears dilapidated and poorly maintained is entirely unacceptable."

"Very conveniently located within the city with access to all amenities. The room was all clean with nice comfortable bedding. However, the toilet flush system was malfunctioning and hand bath sink was blocked or clogged up when in use at the time which was reported to the receptionist."
