"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. "Stayed in two rooms. Rooms were nice and spacious, bar and restaurant provided good service. We are a family of 8, but they only provided 2 towels per room, and even when asked for more towels/shampoo/bath wash, none were provided. Advertised that a gym was available, but the reception will give you a voucher to go a country club several miles away. Good or bad depending on how you look at it. Beyond that, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and my sleep was sound."

"The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities."
