Hotels near The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum

"First of all, the pictures shown are not updated, the hotel says and shows a common area with tables and TV...that is non existent, it was removed after COVID. If you want this hotel bevause of the direct access to the beacj dont book it, the access is closed...there is no beach walking distance from the hotel. Because there is erosion...no sand at the beach and the city is doing some renovations until May. When I called the hotel before my due date to cancel to ask for chair and access to the beach nobody told me it was closed. The TV in oir room was not working, they said the internet connection in that room gives trouble, so we could not watch TV. The last night of our stay we noticed thatnthe door of our room did not closed properly...you can open it just by pushing it. Cannot complain about the staff , they where really nice and the hotel was clean...a little rusty...needs some care but it was clean. I could not cancel because they still will charge me."

"This is a lovely little motel super close to the public beach--easy, short walking distance to one of the quietest beaches in Florida. The room is cute and comfortable. We really enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette and the updated decor was lovely. High ceilings made this small space feel not so small. The check-in in contactless, but simple. I received a request weeks in advance for our arrival schedule and we were emailed a code to access our room the day before check-in, no trouble at all. There is cleaning staff on-site daily and several times they checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything and were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet, relaxing spot that is completely away from any hustle and bustle. If you're looking for night-life, this is not your spot. Super pleased we stayed here for a very relaxing week. Thank you!"

"Room 21. Ocean view was great. No beach however due to erosion. Bed was equivalent to a bag of cotton. No support at all, extremely uncomfortable. Checked out a few days ago and I’m still sore. There wasn’t even a comfortable chair to sit in. We had no relief. The outdoor chairs were on their last legs. Price was outrageous and I will definitely never pay that price again. Surrounding restaurants were great as was the view of Jetty Park. For the price of this we could have had way more value elsewhere. "

"Reserved ocean front balcony & got a partial view of the inlet & no balcony. It appears I paid over $150 more that the room I got would normally cost. Room had coffee, but with the poor lighting I used my cell phone light to make the coffee. Shower has been redone & looked great - still need to add a shelf & find a profesiona painter."
